Airport transfers can be arranged at the time of booking or by contacting our concierge team at least 24 hours before your arrival. We offer comfortable vehicles with experienced drivers who will meet you at Paro International Airport with a personalized welcome sign.

Our main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring both traditional Bhutanese cuisine and international dishes. In-villa dining is available for all meals, and special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice. For group bookings, private dining at the outdoor pavilion with a personal chef can be arranged.

Yes, our concierge team can arrange a variety of activities including cultural site visits, monastery tours, guided hikes, traditional craft workshops, and more. We recommend booking activities at least 2-3 days in advance, especially during peak season. All tours include licensed Bhutanese guides.

Spa treatments and wellness sessions can be booked through the front desk or by contacting the spa directly. We recommend booking at least one day in advance for individual treatments and 2-3 days for hot stone bath sessions. In-room treatments are also available upon request.

Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the resort, including all villas and common areas. While we encourage guests to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, we understand the need to stay connected. The front desk can provide login details upon check-in.
